Eggert Builders is a custom home and light commercial builder based in Saint John, Indiana. We are family-owned, hands-on, and have been building across Northwest Indiana for over five decades.
We didn't start in a boardroom. Eggert Builders was founded by a carpenter — someone who learned the trade from the ground up and brought that standard to every home we take on. That origin still shapes how we work today.
Our Approach
We are not a production builder. We don't take on more projects than we can handle, hand work off to crews the client will never meet, or cut corners to hit a schedule. Every home we build gets our full attention — from the first conversation to the day we hand over the keys.
